Villa Rates

Il Coccio Villa can be booked throughout the calendar year. 

The below rates include all amenities listed on the "about" page, including a cleaner who will come daily to the Villa. The staff (manager, gardener, cleaner) at Il Coccio are all locals to Petroio and have worked at the Villa for a long time, so please treat them with respect and tip them generously for their fabulous service.
