Villa Accommodations

Il Coccio has four beautifully appointed bedrooms that are spaced across the ground, middle, and upper levels of the Villa. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom, queen size bed, and ample storage for personal items. The unique design and stunning views of each room will make you equally excited to go to bed and wake up. 

MASTER BEDROOM 

The Master Bedroom is located on the middle floor. Gorgeous olive-wood floors and locally crafted traditional Italian chandeliers make this room unique in the Villa. The room has been furnished with beautiful antique pieces, including the bed frame and cabinets. The large ensuite bathroom has two stone sinks and a luxuriant stone-shower to match.

The room is light and breezy and looks out upon the rolling patchwork of the Italian countryside. You'll have the best rest of your life as you fall asleep and wake to the dulcet sounds of the infinity pool below. 

SECOND BEDROOM 

The Second Bedroom is found next to the Master Bedroom on the middle floor of the Villa. The dedicated bathroom is directly adjacent, and in addition to the queen-size bed there is an antique cupboard for storage of clothes and personal items.   

This bedroom boasts one of the best views in the Villa. Waking lazily in bed you will not only be able to see the beautiful countryside but also the famous Tuscan Monastery Sant' Anna in Camprena where the acclaimed film The English Patient was shot. This view, replete with the local fauna playing softly in the background, might make it hard to leave your room. 

UPPER BEDROOM

The Upper Bedroom is located on the top floor of the Villa, as it is adjacent to the upper kitchen and terrazza it can function as a self-contained apartment. It has an ensuite bathroom, a queen size bed and ample storage for clothing and personal items. 

The Upper Bedroom gives ultimate privacy to its guests as it can function as a self-contained apartment with its close proximity to the upper kitchen and interior/exterior dining areas.
